Training and coaching
We provide training and coaching services to our clients in order to ensure that the loans offered are utilized effectively to grow their businesses and/or finance the intended need. The training is always financed by EFL as a follow-up service for our clients. It focuses on entrepreneurship and business management, marketing, financial literacy and business planning.
Training is usually done for a group of borrowers after a loan is granted. Depending on the needs and resources available, EFL mentors its clients through counseling, networking and advisory services. Our end goal for lending is always not just for individuals and businesses to survive, but to thrive successfully until they reach financial freedom.
