As part of EFL culture, EFL staff get together for recharge sessions every quarter so as to refresh and strengthen teamwork. This time around, EFL visited Ndoto Polepole Farm at Bagamoyo – Pwani for fun and different experiences. “Having these kinds of outings creates a safest room for bond between staff, which is good for the team” said the chairman.
