Atty. Amani A. MwakayomaSECRETARY
Atty. Mwakayoma is an Advocate working as the Corporate/Legal Counsel at Tumaini University, Dar es Salaam College. Amani has substantial experience of Corporate Governance gained from his job as Secretary to the Governing Board at Tumaini University for almost ten years. He is a member of several committees at the University. As a Corporate/Legal Counsel, Amani handles all legal issues at the University and is on the Governing Board of the University.

He is also a practicing Advocate, representing the University in all legal proceedings (court cases including labour-related disputes). He is an active member of Tanganyika Law Society, having been on the Roll of Advocates since 2007. He is currently working as the Company Secretary for EFL.
