Jacob Noel Urasa is a Core founder and Managing Director of (tHL) Twiga Hosting Limited. He is a graduate of Computer Science Degree from University of Dar Es Salaam. Jacob has extensive experience in online systems, ICT Security and ICT projects management and control.
He is a chief engineer of tHL Accounting system which handle all enterprise resource planning including Microfinance enterprises.
